The Tserko Ri is a 5,000-m peak (for some maps it does not reach and for others it overcomes them) that it has no technical difficulties; perhaps the only one is the height, that you have to do it little by little, breathing properly. The departure is from Kianjin Gompa and it is good to do it in the morning. The summit, full of windfarms, is surrounded by 6,000-plus peaks, the closest to which is the Langtang Lirung. Needless to say, the views over the valleys - you see the Langtang valley, where you can access it - and the glaciers are spectacular.

In the Nepal government information panels they write that the Tserko Ri is 5,000m, but my GPS tells us we were missing a few meters. It does not matter, it's worth going up there because it has no technical difficulty and the views of peaks, valleys, glaciers ... is spectacular.

    Interessant la volta que vau fer al Tserko, llargueta, però millor que pujar i baixar pel mateix costat.

    Encara hi ha una altra possibilitat de fer la volta completa. Una vegada al cim, davallar en direcció al Langtang Lirung i fer la volta completa al Tserko. Hi vaig veure gent que hi venia. També em sembla recordar que en wikiloc hi ha algun track amb aquesta possibilitat.

    Hola,

    Et puc dir que no hi ha cap pas aeri, especialment en la pujada. Si segueixes el track, en la baixada, sí que vas per algunes sendes amb molt de pendent, però no són perilloses ni vertiginoses. Al contrari, disfrutaràs molt de la vista.

    Un consell: puja molt a poc a poc, sense presses; passos curts, descansos... un company va agafar mal d'altura i va patir bastant.

    En definitiva, el Tseko Ri és fàcil de pujar, amb paciéncia, i l'espectacle és impagable: estàs rodejat de set mils i vuit mil nevats, i diverses glaceres.
