Itinerary description
An easy hike moving south and southwest to exit the village and then upward for about 1,5-2 hours before you start descending back to the village. Almost all of the trail is on forest roads. There are no marks along the way. There is plenty of shadow. We did not find any springs along the way. Thus, make sure to have 1 lt of water per person.

A great and easy hike as indicated that follows mostly a country road (αγροτικός δρόμος) serpenting through the woods. We folowed the red signs during a great part of the promenade.
We hiked it in mid May and there was plenty of water (thus we had a filtering system that allowed us to drink safely from any source).
My only suggestion would be to hike it the way around as to enjoy a swim in the waterfalls at the end of the hike rather than at the beginning. Doing it that way would also allow a more gradual and gentle ascent.
