Itinerary description
An easy trail that begins from the road that goes from Gardiki to the shelter, follows a small road inside the forest and then cuts on the slope to reach the summit of Sarantaina.
The way back passes from the shelter and crosses the beech forest to find a small waterfall on a forest road.
Moving time between 7 - 7,5 hours.
The path is easy to follow but, since the vegetation is low, one can wander arround without any difficulty.
Unfortunately, the weather was really bad (windy and foggy). As a result we didn't enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding mountain tops.
