Itinerary description
Well marked trail, muddy and rocky in parts. Organise a boat to Venta de Cruces from Gamboa pier just before the bridge. Finding the trail from the waters edge is a bit tricky without GPS, but once you locate the orange markers it is well marked and easy to follow all the way to the intersection with Plantation road and Madden.
