Itinerary description
Black Beach Trail (Nature Conservatory)
This is a nice hike that has some scenic views of the Musquash estuary, in addition to the iconic black sand along the beach.
Directions:
Literally: Type "black beach" into your GPS. Along the way, you will see AND veer to the right of the Colson cove station gate, continuing onward until there is a dirt road. Follow the dirt road (no turning) all the way to the end. This will be the parking area of the beach/trailhead.
Park your car, and facing the water, turn your body to the right, and begin walking until you see the trail. You can't miss it, and it is literally right off of the parking area.
