ლევანის ტბის ქსელი

ლევანის ტბის ქსელური მარშრუტი შედგება ხუთი ცალმხრივი ბილიკისაგან, რომლებიც თავს იყრის ლევანის ტბასთან (2565 მ.). აბულ-სამსარის ვულკანურ რელიეფში მოქცეული, მყინვარული, მოლურჯო ელფერის ტბა იდეალურად ერწყმის ვულკანური მთებით, ქვიანი ფერდობებითა და ბალახიანი მდელოებით დატვირთულ რელიეფს. შესანიშნავ საბანაკე ადგილს ქმნის ლევანის ტბის ჩრდილოეთით, მოსწორებული, ბალახიანი მდელოები. აქედან შესაძლებელია ნებისმიერი მარშრუტის არჩევა, ან კვლავ ცალმხრივი ბილიკით უკან დაბრუნება (იხ. მარშრუტი 1.2; 1.3 ; 1.4 ; 1.5)

მარშრუტზე, მწყემსების ქოხების მახლობლად შეხვდებით აგრესიულ მეცხვარე ძაღლებს. მათი თავდასხმის შემთხვევაში, საჭიროა სიმშვიდის შენარჩუნება და დაჯდომა. რამდენიმე წუთში ისინი თავად დაგანებებენ თავს, ან დაელოდეთ სანამ ახლო-მახლო მყოფი მწყემსი არ დააშოშმინებს მათ.

1.1 ხულგუმო - ოლავერდი - ლევანის ტბა

ხანგრძლივობა: 7 სთ. 20 წთ. (უკან დაბრუნება 6 სთ. 20 წთ.)

მარშრუტი სოფელ ხულგუმოს გადასახვევთან იწყება. სოფელს გასცდება თუ არა გზა, ჩრდილო-აღმოსავლეთით იღებს გეზს. ჩამოიტოვებს დანგრეულ ეკლესიას და სოფელ ოლავერდს უახლოვდება, თუმცა არ მისული სოფლამდე, მარჯვნისკენ უხვევს. მარშრუტი ნელ-ნელა კრეფს სიმაღლეს და რეგიონისთვის დამახასიათებელი უტყეო მთისა თუ მდელო-ველების ფონზე ჩაივლის პატარ-პატარა შეჯგუფებულ გუბურებს, მწყემსების საცხოვრებლებს და დავანებულ ტბებს. მთელ ამ მოგზაურობას თან დაჰყვება ჯავახეთის მშვენების - მთა დიდი აბულის სილუეტი, რომელიც გზიდან ხელმარჯვნივ მოჩანს, მთელი თავისი დიდებით. სოფლიდან 8 კმ-ის მოშორებით, მარშრუტი გაივლის ქოროღლის მთას, გასცდება ორ პატარა უსახელო ტბას და გამოჩნდება კიდეც ლევანის ტბა.


Levani Lake Trail Network

Trail network of Levani Lake consists of 5 one-way routes, which meet at Levani lake. Nestled at an altitude of 2565 meters amongst the vibrant volcanic mountains of the Abul-Samsari Range, the transparent, bluish-colored glacial lake blends in perfectly with the volcanic terrain, rocky slopes, and grassy meadows. The northern shore of Levani lake works as a suitable camping site. From this point, any one-way route out of 5 can be selected to go back (please refer to the trails 1.2; 1.3; 1.4; 1.5).

Near the shepherd’s huts, aggressive shepherd dogs are met. In case of their attack, keep calm and sit down. If in a few minutes they won’t leave you, wait until a nearby shepherd comes and calms them down.

1.1 Khulgumo– Olaverdi – Levani Lake

Duration: 7 hrs. 20 min. (return back 6 hrs. 20 min.)

The route starts at the small turn of the village Khulgumo. As soon as the road crosses the village, turns to the north-east. Leaves behind the ruins of an old Church, and approaches the village Olaverdi, but does not enter the village, instead takes the path to the right. The road slowly picks up altitude and finds itself through stretched forestless terrain covered with mountain and valley vegetation, typical for the region. Along the way the travelers can spot scattered ponds, shepherds' shelters as the area is being used for grazing, and isolated lakes. This whole journey is escorted by the silhouette of the primary beauty of Javakheti - Didi Abuli Mountain, seen from the road, in all its glory. In about 8 km away from the village, the route will pass by Koroghli Mountain, cross two small anonymous lakes and finally reach Levani Lake.
