Itinerary description
I walked this on 2019-04-30 in the morning. This is part of my 4-week China walk in 2019. That 2019 walk continues a walk I started 2018 in Wuhan. Both times I stayed in China about 1 month with a tourist visa. I hope my tracks inspire you to do your own road-walking project - on your own route or following my routes.

On all my walks (2018+2019) road 306 is the one I found worst for walking. This day and even more so the following day, with trucks and grime from coal industry.
Km 5.0-6.0 interesting railway viaduct. Km 12.2 visitor center with parking ground for Shennong Mountain park. I din't enter the center. Later they told me that entrance tickets there inclouded some voucher (for food, as far as I remember). Ticket office (km 14.6) and hotel (end point).
