Itinerary description
I walked this on 2019-04-12. This is part of my 4-week China walk in 2019. It continues a walk I started 2018 in Wuhan. Both times I stayed in China about 1 month with a tourist visa. I hope my tracks inspire you to do your own road-walking project - on your own route or following this route.
Previous day "19Xina 07FG to Xuchang 许昌", Wikiloc ID = 35120866

From km 5.5 to 6.0 the broad road is interrupted by an undemolished area which I had already seen on Google satellite images during planing. The track follows small paths through that area. At km 8.4 there is a road leading north to the main road. I should have taken it to avoid coming close to what looked and sounded like a military shooting exercise a few minutes later. Across the lake, I saw the hotel at "H" mentioned in the planning. I saw men fishing and imagined they stayed there.
