Hey Neil - looks like you cycled the dirt road up to mt castle. Are there any locked gates you have to hop over to get up there?
Or private property?
Were you on a mtn bike the entire time? That’s a mission if so.

I didn't realize that I forgot to turn the GPS off at the end of the ride :) It includes the car trip home!
This ride is all on private property. We needed permission before we could do any of it. The landowners would eventually like to open up the trails to public hikers and mountain bikers, but they're waiting for the right time.
It's an amazing ride - you can cycle all the way to the top of the mountain. There aren't any hike a bike sections, although one or two sections are moderately challenging. It's an old logging road.
Once the land owners are ok with more people visiting, I'll probably organize a group ride to the top - but I'm guessing they'll want to wait until the current pandemic is over.
There are no locked gates.
