Eurovelo 4: Roscoff-Kiev. 4,000 km
From Roscoff to Kiev. Magnificent coastlines, exceptional medieval architecture, dynamic cities and history lessons galore… The Central European Route is so diverse that you won't know where to start.
Countries it crosses:
France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland and Ukraine.
Most of the kilometers of the Eurovelos pass through narrow asphalt tracks very similar to conventional cycle lanes. In addition, all sections have to meet a series of specific conditions:
-Do not have slopes greater than 6%
-Have sufficient width to allow the passage of at least two bicycles.
-Have an average of no more than 1,000 motorized vehicles a day.
-Be paved at least 80% of its length
-Stay open all year.
Apart from establishing the first European network of cycle routes, one of the best possibilities that in my opinion Eurovelos provide is the ability to connect with each other to create new routes or even use specific sections to complete our trips with the guarantee that They are fully cyclable paths, signposted and adapted to bicycles.

Buenos días. Estoy pensando en realiza esta ruta en breve, pero no veo el desnivel acumulado en este tramo. Es una ruta que ya has realizado o un proyecto dibujado?

Hola Alfons. No se porque wikiloc no da el desnivel, pero según Google Earth es más o menos 4 mil postivivo y 4 mil negativo, aunque no se hasta que punto te puedes fiar de estos datos.
Yo no he realizado este ruta. El track lo he obtenido de los que se van publicando sobre las Eurovelos. Aunque todavía no hay un itinerario totalmente definido este track se aproxima mucho al definitivo y está bastante "limpio" es decir que no vas a tener problemas de propiedades privadas, caminos imposibles...
