A stage that reconciles us with the tracks, although with surprises!

We start the rura bordering the river by a good track that is then transformed into secondary road. until we get into the valley of, from where you start to climb Mount Sthol, 1st by secondary road (1/3) with good views and then by forest track (2/3) inside a beech / pine forest in the shade, with a constant and relatively smooth slope, perfect for the bikes and the weight we carry. 13km of climb and we reach the crest of the stohl: incredible views and a trail to the perfect mountain flank, in gentle descent. Everything is perfect until you reach a junction with a red sign: tell us, straight: kobarid and to the right: Staro selo. Great doubt. we want to go to kobarid and in wikiloc, the path that pulls straight seems to be track. We chose to go straight to kobarid, we pushed the bike a few minutes to the top of the hill and started the descent (km29,71). Immediately the impracticable path becomes: roots, a lot of slope, rocks. We turn half a turn to the sign and we get to the one that went to the right (km 30.82). the trail starts well but soon becomes more difficult, with loose stones that an enduro bike could carry, but not with the rigid and weight. it forces us to dismantle 30min. This path clearly lacks maintenance or step. It is seen that they have made a new path that goes down straight, but goes straight down the slope and the ground is even more broken. We follow the path "our" smoother. finally we reach a track at km33.53. From here, drop to the bottom of the valley, and then down to Kobarid track.
We will never know if the 1st path was more practicable .. we heard a posteriori that it also had 2km impassable ..

if it were not for this section walking (and for us the doubt of if the whole descent we would have to do it lowered), the best stage, with impressive views and much more stretch of track than the other days
