Itinerary description
One of our favourite tracks to smash out when we only have an hour or so to kill as it has a bit of everything.
The first K is undulating and a great warm up if you are running or walking, it crosses a couple of small creeks which are easy to navigate and keep your feet dry.
It then takes a sharp right turn to the start of a 142m elevation gain over 500m. This section is super steep and hard work but easy to get footholds due to the ruts and roots.
Once at the top take another right onto centre road and it follows the ridge for 2.5k’s.
Then another sharp right turn at Nerang break with some more ridge trail before taking another right turn into a steep ascent back down to the valley.
The whole track can be ran in 45 to 60 minutes or walked comfortably in 1 to 1.5 hours.
