Itinerary description
Beautiful scenery..
The main starting point with the amazing view of the mountains & the dam is from the exact opposite point of where we started.
There’s a sign with the indication of 3.8km loop walk around the dam. However from that starting point, the trail starts with steps & an ascending first part. A member of our group with a foot injury could not do the uphill part and therefore we parked at the opposite side and made a short 1.2km walk which was more or less flat and suitable for the injury..
Beautiful dam and worth doing the entire loop definitely.. most of the trail is easy to moderate & we would consider it a walk more than a hike (except for the first part)
