Woodenbridge Hotel and Lodge Walk.
We frequently visit Wicklow for hiking events with families and friends. Our base is the Woodenbridge Hotel. On our final day on this occasion, tired from two day’s hiking, we decided to explore the short walking route recently opened along the side of the Aughrim River. This a nice way to relax following breakfast. The route goes from the Woodenbridge Lodge (part of the Hotel Complex) to the Trout Fish Farm. Suitable for all, including children (supervised because of river) and reduced mobility persons. Congratulations to the hotel for the initiative.
Con frecuencia visitamos Wicklow para hacer senderismo entre familia y con amigos. Nuestra base suele ser el Hotel Woodenbridge. En nuestro último día en esta ocasión, cansados de dos días de senderismo, decidimos explorar la ruta corta recientemente abierto a lo largo de la orilla de; Rio Aughrim. Es una buena manera de relajarse después del desayuno. La ruta va desde el Woodenbridge la parte nueva del Hotel, hasta la Piscifactoría de Truchas. Adecuado para todo tipo de senderistas, incluyendo niños (supervisados por razón de estar en la orilla de un río) y personas con movilidad reducida. Felicitaciones al hotel por la iniciativa.
