Itinerary description
This walk runs from the car park and up to the hill and fort. The day I was there the hill was in use by paragliders and radio control gliders. The White Horse is fascinating, although difficult to appreciated from ground level, the "fort" is not quite as interesting (all that is left is a circular raised earth wall) and there is also the Dragon Hill (which is not in this track, but I have included a photo). There is also an excellent view from the top of the hill. This area is also on The Ridgeway and can be approached as part of a longer ridgeway walk.
