FR: Départ et arrivée: European Convention Center Luxembourg (4 Pl. de l'Europe, 1499 Luxembourg)
Cette promenade urbaine vous fera découvrir l'un des plus beaux quartiers de la capitale luxembourgeoise. Depuis la Place de l'Europe, nous nous dirigeons vers la Rue des Muguets, qui est l'axe principal du quartier. Après avoir admiré les beaux jardins des résidences plus récentes ou plus anciennes, nous descendons un peu vers Neudorf, d'où nous reviendrons avec une montée sportive sur une succession de marches de la rue des Marguerites. Par la rue des Églantiers, nous nous dirigeons vers l'école Sainte-Sophie, que nous contournons à travers la forêt du Grand Séminaire de Luxembourg. On fait le tour de l'Hémicycle et du Palais des Congrès et à côté du Musée d'Art Moderne MUDAM on retourne au lieu de départ.

This urban promenade will help you discover one of the most beautiful districts of the Luxembourg capital. From Europe Square we head to Rue des Muguets, which is the main axis of the neighborhood. After admiring the beautiful gardens of the newer or older residences, we descend a little to Neudorf, from where we returns with a sporty ascent on a succession of steps on the Rue des Marguerites. On the Rue des Églantiers we head to the Saint Sophia School, which we bypass through the forest of the Grand Seminary of Luxembourg. We go around the Hémicycle and the Conference Center and next to the MUDAM Museum of Modern Art we return to the place of departure.

As this walk passes my front door, and so since the lockdown we have done parts of it 3 or 4 times per week. The 208 steps up or down to Neudorf are good to keep your legs in shape before heading for the Picos de Europa, and if you take the cliff edge path around the Seminary you will keep your balance in shape. Stopping at the Himalaya 2 would have been good to fire you up to do a few more kilometers.
