Itinerary description
The Building was made between 1906 and 1921 was dedicated to Queen VIctoria. It is a very beautiful museum situated neat the bank of River Hooghly. It has very beautifully designed garden. It was architect by William Emerson who was the president of the Royal institute of British Architects. It is made up of white makrana marble just like Taj. It has beautiful Chhatris (dome) and towers. The Garden is so huge and big. there are some fountains and chain of water bodies.
