Itinerary description

There is very little good information on the Trent River Falls access route. This is just a short walk along both major acres routes from the shoulders of Highway 19, north and southbound. The Southbound side has a nice little parking area/pull-out for about 10 cars. The Northside only has the shoulder.

The approach from the southbound Route 19 parking pull-out which you ought to do via a trail under the bridge (rather than running across 4 lanes of highway), is a bit rough and steep in places. It is also not signed and some (short) false leads are there. Stay left generally, and this will connect to the flat, easy trail that runs from the northbound shoulder (across one steep ditch).
