Itinerary description

The track was created by the volunteers of the Sojovem Association for the TREES Project (www.treesproject.home.blog) following parts of the Trilho do Vale Longo, adding some new traits to shorten it.
The path crosses many different naturalistic areas, going along the river banks, into the eucalyptus woods and uphill on the Sierra, allowing to know part of the long valley (Vallis Longus) that gives the name to the city of Valongo.
The path is of medium difficulty, even if of a short distance, recommended to people that has a good health condition.
