Nosaltres hem fet la ruta gastronòmica.
Ens ha encantat aquesta ruta, ja que ha ha sigut molt interessant i hem pogut coneixer millor els restaurants, bars i forns de Cardedeu, hem pogut veure l’entorn d’on es situen aquest llocs al voltant de Cardedeu. I també hem descobert llocs gastronòmics nous de Cardedeu que no coneixíem.

Restaurant: TARAMBANA

PUNT: 2 per arribar al punt 3 hem d’anar direcció sud-est El Tarambana es troba al Carrer Bellsolar s/n, 08440. Es troba al barri dels Estalvis en un entorn urbà. És una antiga nau industrial que s’ha reformat com a restaurant mantenint l’estil industrial original. Els clients més habituals són famílies, parelles i grups d’amics. Dins del local hi ha gent de totes les edats però sobretot gent de 30 fins a 70 anys. De vegades hi ha música en directe. Posen gairebé tot tipus de música, però normalment posen jazz, blues, rock i pop. En aquest local hi ha tot tipus de menjars, des de tapes i entrepans fins a plats més elaborats. La majoria de productes són de proximitat o ecològics. A més a més també ofereixen menús entre setmana. Els preus varien segons el tipus de plat que demanis. La relació qualitat preu és correcta. ANGLÈS: Tarambana is located at Bellsolar street in the neighborhood of Els Estalvis in an urban environment. It is an old industrial building that has been reformed as a restaurant keeping the original industrial style. The most common customers are families, couples and groups of friends. The costumers are people of all ages but especially people from 30 to 70 years old. Sometimes there is live music. They play almost all type of music, but usually they play jazz, blues, rock and pop. Here you will find all kind of food, from tapas and sandwiches to more elaborated recipes. Most products are local or organic. They also offer menus during the week. Prices can change depending on the type of meal you order. Quality and prices are correct.

Restaurant: CAN LLIBRE

PUNT: 3 per arribar al punt 4 hem d’anar cap al oest El restaurant Can Llibre es troba al carrer de la Maternitat d’Elna, 15, 08440 Cardedeu, Barcelona. Ubicat als afores del poble força lluny del centre del poble. És un restaurant molt rural. Acostuma a haver-hi gent de totes les edats des de joves fins a jubilats de 20-70 anys. No hi ha mai música en directe. Aquest restaurant ofereix menús mediterranis, espanyols. Els preus del restaurant no són molt elevats acostuma a costar entre 9,50 - 33€. Principalment, aquest espai corresponia a la masia de Can Llibre, però la familia el va convertir en un restaurant. ANGLÈS: Can Llibre restaurant is located at number 15, La Maternitat d'Elna street, 08440 Cardedeu, Barcelona. Ubicated on the outskirts of the village quite far from the center of the village. It is a very rural restaurant. There are usually people of all ages from young people to old people between 20-70 years. There is never live music. This restaurant offers Mediterranean Spanish menus. Restaurant prices aren’t very high usually cost between € 9.50 and € 33. Previously, this place was the Can Llibre farmhouse, but the family turned it into a restaurant.

PUNT: 4 per anar al punt 5 hem d’anar CP al nord- oest El restaurant Tarannà està situat a la carretera de Dosrius, 14. L’ambientació d’aquest local és tranquil i acollidor. No es troba molt lluny del centre del poble. En aquest local acostuma a haber tot tipus de públic, però normalment hi ha gent de 25-65 anys aproximadament. És un espai silenciós perfecte per relaxar-te una estona. No hi ha mai música en directe. En aquest local ofereixen menjar mediterrani, espanyol i europeu. Els preus no són gaire cars, acostuma a valdre entre 15-25€ aproximadament. Aquest restaurant està construït sobre una casa senyorial de principis del segle passat. ANGLÈS: Restaurant Tarannà is located on Dosrius road number 14. It isn’t far from the center of the village. There are usually all kind of customers in this place, but usually they are people around 25-65 years old. It's a perfect quiet space to relax for a while. There is never live music. In this place they offer Mediterranean, Spanish and European food. The prices are not very expensive, usually it costs around 15-25 €. This restaurant is built on a typical house from the beginning of the last century.

Restaurant: ARROSSERIA XURIN

PUNT: 5 per anar al punt 6 hem d’anar cap al nord- oest El restaurant Xurin està situat al carrer Sant Antoni, 26, 08440, Cardedeu. En aquest restaurant hi ha un públic molt ampli, però normalment solen anar-hi les famílies. La seva decoració és senzilla però elegant. Aquest restaurant està ambientat en el sector mariner ja que es una arrosseria. Fan menjar mediterrani i marisc. Utilitzen música de fons per ambientar el restaurant i que sigui més acollidor. El menú val 11, 20 €. Al restaurant Xurin hi sol anar gent de totes les edats. El Xurin es troba a l’entrada de Cardedeu davant de l’estació de tren. El restaurant Arrosseria Xurin és fill directe de l’Hotel d’en Xurin, on arrenca la seva història ja fa uns quants anys, al costat de l’estació de tren de Cardedeu, al peu de l’antiga carretera de Caldes. La primera fonda documentada al lloc, al 1918, va ser la Posada Avenida. Als anys quaranta del segle passat, quan el local era gestionat per la família Roman, la fonda era coneguda popularment com Can Mai Tanquis perquè obria molt d’hora i tancava molt tard. ANGLÈS: Xurin restaurant is located at San Antoni street, 26, 08440, Cardedeu. In this restaurant there are all type of customers, but most of all there are families. The restaurant is decorated with a sailing style because there you can eat rice and fish. They make Mediterranean food and seafood. They use background music to make the restaurant more cozy. The menu is between 11-20€. In this restaurant there are people of all ages. Xurin is located at Cardedeu entrance road in front of the train station. The restaurant Arrosseria Xurin is the direct son of the Hotel d'en Xurin, where its history began several years ago, next to the Cardedeu train station, at the old Caldes road. The first in documented on the site, in 1918, was the Posada Avenida. In the 1940's, the inn was popularly known as Can Mai Tanquis because it opened very early and closed very late.

Restaurant: BOCA BOCA

PUNT: 6 per anar al punt 7 hem d’anar cap al est El Boca Boca es troba a Plaça de Sant Joan, 6, 08440 Cardedeu, Barcelona. Està situat al centre del poble a la Plaça de l’Ajuntament. Està decorat en colors clars i amb un estil molt informal.. No acostuma a haver-hi música en directe però de vegades es fan concerts a la plaça on està situat el restaurant. En aquest local hi ha tot tipus de públic. La franja d’edat del públic és de 20-65 anys aproximadament. Aquest local ofereix tapes, entrepans i plats típics com truita de patates, pa amb tomàquet,... Els preus del restaurant són raonables, aproximadament un menú costa 26€. ANGLÈS: Boca Boca is located in Sant Joan Square number 6, 08440 Cardedeu, Barcelona. It is located in the center of the village near the Town Hall. There isn’t usually live music but sometimes there are concerts held in the square where the restaurant is located. There are all kind of public in this place. The age range of the customers is approximately 20-65 years old. This place offers tapas, sandwiches and typical meals such as potato omelette, bread with tomato,... The restaurant prices are reasonable, a menu costs approximately 26 €.

FORN DOMÈNECH

PUNT: 7 per anar al punt 8 hem d’anar cap al nord- est El Forn Domènech està situat plaça Anselm Clavé, 2, 08440 Cardedeu, Barcelona. Aquest local està situat al centre del poble i no hi ha música. En aquest forn podem trobar sobretot gent adulta. La franja d’edat del públic és d’uns 30-70 anys aproximadament. En aquest forn ofereixen pa i diferents tipus de pastes fetes de massa. Els preus son molt raonables entre 1-6€. El Forn Domènech es considera el forn més antic de Cardedeu. ANGLÈS: Forn Domènech is located at Anselm Clavé square 2, 08440 Cardedeu, Barcelona. This place is located in the center of the village and there isn’t any music. In this shop we can find mainly adult people. The age range of the customers is about 30-70 years. In this shop they offer bread and different type of hand made pastry. The prices are very reasonable, between 1-6 €. Forn Domènech is considered the oldest bakery shop in Cardedeu.

Restaurant: PLA DE LA CALMA

PUNT: 8 per anar al punt 9 hem d’anar cap al nord-est El Pla de la Calma està ubicat a Carrer d'Aragó, 26, 08440 Cardedeu, Barcelona. Aquest local es troba al centre de Cardedeu, darrere de l'església. El públic d’aquest restaurant són gent de totes les edats sobretot entre 35-50 anys. En aquest local hi ha un ambient calmat i relaxat amb un espai de lectura. Acostuma a haver-hi música relaxant de fons, però també, molts divendres fan concerts en directe. Aquest restaurant ofereix menjar de cuina Mediterrània i també moltes tapes. Els preus d’aquest restaurant no són molt elevats acostumen a valdre entre 8-20 €. ANGLÈS: Pla de la Calma is located at Aragó street number 26, 08440 Cardedeu, Barcelona. This restaurant is located in the center of Cardedeu, behind the church. The public of this restaurant are people of all ages, especially between 35-50 years. In this place there is a smoothing and relaxing atmosphere and there is also a sace for books and reading. There is usually relaxing music, but also, many Fridays there are live concerts. This restaurant offers Mediterranean food as well as many tapas. The prices of this restaurant are not very high, they are usually between 8-20 €.

PUNT:9 per anar al punt 10 hem d’anar cap al nord- est Sa Caldereta és una botiga on preparen menjars casolans per emportar. Està situat a la Diagonal Josep Pujades, 17, 08440 Cardedeu, Barcelona. El públic que acostuma a anar-hi és gent que no sap o no té temps per cuinar. Està situat al centre del poble però només està obert de dijous a dilluns. Fan menjar ràpid i te’l donen cuinat, els preus són bastant raonables i ens poden treure d’un problema, normalment és gent de 20-70 anys. ANGLÈS: Sa Caldereta is a kind of shop where you can buy traditional house made food. It is located at Diagonal Josep Pujades, 17, 08440 Cardedeu, Barcelona. The people that usually go there are around 20-70 years old. The general public is people who don’t know or do not have time to cook. It is located in the center of the town but they only open from Thursday to Monday. They make traditional food and they cook it for you. Prices are quite reasonable and they can get us out of a trouble.
