Itinerary description
The Rebildporten is the "gateway to Rebild Bakker" and Rold Skov in general.
Start here to collect all the information that you need, there is a lot of background information - all in English. You can collect all the brochures for walking in the area.
This is the area that is exempt from the "Denmark is flat" rule! There are real hills, valleys and rolling views. Perhaps the hills are not on a "grand scale" - however they are quite unusual for Denmark.
This walk starts at the Rebildporten and runs down to a natural spring. The walk goes through some very nice forest areas and has sections with views and glimpses of towns through the valleys etc.
