Walk from Thamel to first manage the permits to do the Trekking of the "Return to the Annapurnas" (TIMS and ACAP, both are managed in the same building of the Nepal Tourism Board) and then return to the old area next to the Plaza Durbar (which we did not visit for considering the 1000 rupees of entry a lot of money, considering the sad state it is in after the 2015 earthquake) before returning to Thamel.
