Les rutas PAFES van destinades a persones sedentaries o molt poc actives, amb la intencio de que se inicin al saludable costum que es la sencilla practica del caminar a l'aire lliure.
Estan disenyades en diferents nivells de dificultat perque cadascu trobi la mes adient a la seves posibilitats.
Caminar es fer salut i mes encara si ho fem en companya de gent que te la mateixa aficio que nosaltres.
