Itinerary description
After getting off the electric boat at the Salet pier, I started walking to Obersee. It took me about 20 minutes and the beautiful lake was in front of me. After taking in the surreal scenery, I started following the path along the south shore of the lake and reached Fischunkelalm, at the east end of the lake. I kept walking past the pasture to the bottom of the waterfall Röthbachfall, which is the highest waterfall in Germany according to what I read from Wikipedia. I had some refreshment at Fischunelalm in my return journey. It was a very lovely walk, not too difficult.
