Itinerary description
Free parking in the neighborhood right before the official park entrance! Walk through the main gate and take the first opening to the left. The first half of the trail is super shady with access to the lake! The second part of the trail near the large bridge is hot as hell with little to no shade. We had to turn back since my dog was with me. No bugs today at all! Ignore that last part on the trail where I ended it. I accidentally started driving home. Whoops!
