Itinerary description

This walk starts just outside Marina Square (nearest MRT station: Esplanade, or City Hall). It crosses the Helix bridge and then turns for Gardens by the Bay (GbtB), skirting the northern edge and the domes before arriving at Marina Barrage. Crossing the barrage gives you great views of the city and rising sun, before you land on GbtB East and head northwest. Once you pass under Benjamin Sheares bridge, turn right and head for the access stairs. This brings you on a gradual climb over Benjamin Sheares bridge with stunning views across Kallang Basin, before you head back down to earth (but first, with a birds-eye view of the Singapore F1 area). Arrive back at the towering Duo towers in Bugis, and you can either head for Bugis Junction, Beach road, or Bugis MRT.
