Itinerary description
This trail is somewhat similar to https://www.wikiloc.com/walking-trails/kolympia-golden-odyssey-to-holy-monastery-of-the-virgin-mary-tsambika-113386244 which I've done the other day.
Here I also recommend to do it either in the morning or late afternoon so you won't be exposed to the strongest sun. Most of the path goes through the town next to the fields, olives gardens, hotels and local taverns. Before the hiking part begins you can also go into the sea or take a sunbed, as the entrance is very close to the beach. Maybe better to do it after the hike as kind of the reward. The path is marked with the red signs, however you should be ok just following the path. You destination is the rock on your left. After climbing up you can go down the same path or follow mine, but expect it to be somewhat more challenging. I had to use my hands for extra protection here and there. If you are doing it in the morning you can also visit the very nice folk museum. It is tiny but worth visiting.
