Karlovy-Vary is a beautiful spa town in the western Czech Republic. We start the tour at the tourist office at the end of the long pedestrian street around which all the commercial and tourist activity of this city revolves. Until you reach the river Teplá, the appearance of the street may seem a bit depressing, not very expressive of what will come next. Just cross the river we find the Thermal Hotel, a concrete block that demeans the whole romantic set that we will find next. The walk goes through a lively street with abundant jewelery shops and glass shops, where you can find the garnets or the famous Bohemian crystal and numerous spa hotels. It is also dotted with sources with different temperatures, between 30 and 62º, where we will have free access to the famous waters of the city. We will cross 3 beautiful galleries of columns. In the middle one, the Mill gallery, at 10 and at 16 o'clock we can listen to a free concert. We continue enjoying the ride between hotels from another time until we reach the one that closes the street, the Gran Hotel Pupp, famous, among other things, for appearing in the movie Casino Royal, of agent 007. Here we will start a slight ascent along a well marked path with white-blue-white markings that will lead us through a beautiful forest to the viewpoint of Diana, from contemplating a spectacular view over the entire valley.
