Johnston Canyon (Ab) Canada
Nice walk of a couple of hours by the popular Johnston Canyon. It is next to the area of Lake Louise one of the busiest routes of Banff Park, so I suggest to be at the head at 8 o'clock. We have done it that way and we have had a walk practically alone. An hour later in the return we have begun to meet with enough people.
The walk passes through a beautiful pine forest that takes us to the different waterfalls. After reaching the viewpoint of the high waterfalls we can continue the route to "Ink Pot". We, following directions from a local, did not do it because he told us not to be worth it. He encouraged us to make the Stanley Glacier and Marble Canyon path, which we did, and to our full satisfaction.
