Itinerary description

I Followed the old Hollingsworth Canal from Droylsden to Crime Lake in Failsworth. I then walk to Tesco in Failsworth and joined the Rochdale Canal. I followed it to the Northern Quarter, Manchester. I then joined the Ashton Canal up to New Islington. From here I took a tram back to Droylsden. If you are feeling energetic you can follow the Ashton Canal back to Droylsden and onwards to Ashton Under Lyme. This is a family walk and good pair of trainers will be ok.
