Lettuce Grace

The perfect local coffee shop. Such kind employees and it’s always great to support a local coffee shop rather than chains like Starbucks or Dunkin!

Deco

This was my favorite place we stopped at! It had such unique items inside and is a great place to find different gifts for people! They showcase local makers in a fun environment and the employees were very sweet and offered to help with any questions.

I went in and grabbed a coffee and the service was amazing. It’s a 2006 locally roasted coffee joint. It offered different items and they claim that everything they do is inspired by their love for the community. The inside was very cozy as well.

Read With Me

Read With Me was closing so they were having a huge sale on the entire store sadly. It was an independently owned bookstore that featured different collections of children’s books.

Raleigh Popsicle Co

The couple who owned this popsicle joint uses local fruit and fruit puree. They have a few different locations but I visited the downtown Raleigh one! The owner, Cristhian, is originally from Colombia and uses his knowledge to create fun and unique popsicles.

Considered to be one of the best kept secrets since 2016, they offer a unique cafe experience.

I’ve been here twice and each experience I’ve been very pleased. Seeing this on the route was very exciting and they create a unique experience inside offering not only coffee but also a bar. They use local coffee and the staff is always so kind.
