Itinerary description

Vieste is a coastal town in Gargano National Park. It’s known for its nearby beaches, its historic centre, and is home to the Pizzomunno limestone monolith. This walk provides a good way to discover the Old Town with its alleys and views towards the sea, and you will also pass a few trabucchi (see last photo), the old fishing machines typical of the Gargano coast.
