Itinerary description
This walk passes through Chantry Woods and climbs to St Martha's Church then returns to the start via the North Downs Way.
The time includes a very long, and intersting, discussion about the local area that we had with the Rector of St Martha's.
The views from the hill and the church itself are interesting. There are many paths through Chantry Woods. We were going to return through the woods, however, due to the long discussion and limited time we returned via the North Downs Way.
Watch out for traffic when crossing Halfpenny Lane, this is on a blind corner.
