Short walk to visit the beautiful medieval town of Český Krumlov, in the south of the Czech Republic and undoubtedly one of the least known jewels of the heritage of this country by foreign tourists.
It is declared a World Heritage Site and it is a visit that is well worth it.
Český Krumlov preserves a good collection of houses and streets from medieval times, but its most striking and prominent point is undoubtedly its well-preserved castle, which attracts attention from many corners of the town. Next to it we find the curious Puente de Ronda, with striking arches and a covered gallery. To access the castle we go through a moat where there are several brown bears. In this short morning walk we will climb the curious circular tower of the castle, from which we will obtain wide and interesting views.
The labyrinthine town is located around a spectacular and closed meander that makes the Vltava river (the same one in Prague).
There are a thousand souvenir shops, bars, restaurants and accommodation throughout the old town.
