Itinerary description
Up an down the local asphalt road/bike-trail (hence "BKP", which stands for "Bohinjska kolesarska pot"). Really easy (possibly, a bit too "geriatric" for adrenaline junkies), but still way better than sitting on a couch. Very good for nordic walking or jogging! One can also make a small detour, checking out new Rju wooden bridge, and crossing Sava Bohinjka River, to "spice" things up a bit. Nice views of Bohinj Mountain Ridge (to the South), and some of the most impressive Slovenian Julian Alps peaks (to the NW), including Mt. Triglav.
