Badami caves are one of UNESCO heritage sites. The carvings and sculptures date back to 6th century.
This is a trail starting from Badami caves, covering 4 caves of Badami, Agastya lake, Bhootnath group of temples and Badami fort.

There are rock cut steps to reach the caves.
Be careful of Monkeys, especially near the Badami fort and Upper Shivalaya.
