Itinerary description
This easy and flat walk takes you along the ancient Cheong Gye Cheon stream in central Seoul and down to the Han River. A park and path was built along the entire route in 2005. Before then it was apparently in a horrible state with shanties, flyovers and polluted water. Today it is clean and there is lots of human and bird life and even black carps along the beautifully prepared path. There are some interesting historical markers and every now and then there is the option to skip and jump to the other side of the laid out stones. This route ends at the Hanyang University Metro Station where it is a 7 stop ride back to where you started.
