Delhi, the territory of the capital of India, is a huge metropolitan area located in the north of the country. The old city of Delhi is a neighborhood dating back to the 17th century where the imposing Mughal Red Fort, symbol of India, is located, as well as the gigantic Jama Masjid Mosque, whose courtyard can hold 25,000 people. Nearby is Chandni Chowk, a lively bazaar filled with food carts, sweet shops, and spice stalls.
