Itinerary description
Probably the most valuable and certainly the most difficult via ferrata in Val di Susa. I have done the shorter Orrido di Chianocco sooner that day and in final parts of Foresto I wished it was already over. But don't expect any extremes, rather excitement: three Tibetan bridges, two vertical ascents in close proximity to waterfalls, a spray shower and slippery wet irons will take care of your adrenaline. Parking is available next to the family restaurant at the end of the village (after returning from Orrido there we had a perfect lunch there). If this parking is full, park in front of the the church further down in the village. In case of high water level, the beginning of ferrata can be reached only with shoes taken off (or completely wet). If the water level is very high, the route could become dangerous and should not be taken. The entire route including return could be done in 3 hours.
