Itinerary description
Short but nice via ferrata in the canyon of the Prebec river. Quick access from the parking lot next to the church in the Chianocco village. Most of the route traverses the canyon walls horizontally, sometimes slightly overhanging. Several short branches lead from the main security rope: down to the half-dry river bed and one to the natural cave above the main route. The entire route including return can be easily done in 1.5 hrs. Thus you've got enough time to do a second, much more demanding canyon ferrata in the next village (Orrido di Foresto).
