9:00 Aparquem a la base del teleferic que puja cap al Alpspitze (Alpspitzbahn) i ens preparem per pujar.
9:15 Surt el nostre vago, i en 10 minuts ja som a dalt. Com que tenim estona aprofitem per admirar les vistes des del Alpspix (es una passarela aerea que penja sobre el barranc davant d'un panorama espectacular.
9:45 Despres de caminar una estona cap abaix seguint la pista d'esqui ens desviem a la dreta i enseguida trobem el peu de la via ferrata. Ens preparem i comencem a pujar. Es una via ferrata dura, molt vertical i mantinguda.
12:00 Arribem al cim de Bernadeinkopf i fem una parada per menjar.
12:30 Agafem el cami de baixada en direccio Sud-Oest que va a juntarse amb el cami que baixa del Alpspitze en direccio al teleferic.
13:15 Arribem a l'estacio del teleferic, pero abans de baixar pasem per el mirador del Alpspix per veure les vistes un ultim cop.
13:40 Arribem al cotxe.


Cal notar que el track no es acurat per la zona de la ferrata degut al relleu extrem de la ruta, la solucio es seguir el cable. Per la aproximacio i el retorn el track no te cap problema.

9:00 We park at the base of the cable car that goes up to the Alpspitze (Alpspitzbahn) and get ready to go up.
9:15 Our cable car ride starts, and in 10 minutes we're up. Since we have time we take the opportunity to admire the views from the Alpspix (it is an aerial walkway that hangs over the ravine in front of a spectacular panorama.
9:45 After walking downhill for a while following the ski slope we turn right and immediately find the start of the via ferrata. We get ready and start climbing. It's a hard via ferrata, very vertical and sustained.
12:00 When we reach the top of Bernadeinkopf we stop for lunch.
12:30 The descent path goes in a south-westerly direction that will join the path that descends from the Alpspitze in the direction of the cable car. We follow it.
13:15 We arrive at the cable car station, but before descending we pass by the Alpspix viewpoint to see the views one last time.
13:40 We reach the car.


It should be noted that the track is not accurate for the area of the via ferrata due to the extreme relief of the route, the solution is to follow the cable. For the approach and return the track has no problem.
