Itinerary description

Park near piazzale Dante. Top spots are less then a euro per hour, but there are lots of free spots few hundreds of meters below.

When at the top parking, take the stairs. Few meters ahead you will find the "Ferrata degli Alpini" fork, take the right and keep the left. You'll reach a wooden bench where you can dress yourself.

Ferrata is made of two section. The first one is easier and progress within vegetation, rocks and many climbing path where you'll easily find people rock climbing. The route is often descending, as how the first section ends with a really nice cavern.

The second section is instead much more difficult. It's more than 100 meters of vertical rocks, steep passages and difficult climbs. Be aware of who is above you, it's really easy to get few small stones in your helmet. The climb ends when you'll reach a ladder.

Both sections are really well maintained, and in general the Ferrata is really enjoyable, holds really well against other Ferratas in the Alps. Be aware that the whole Ferrata degli Alpini is almost entirely under the sun, this could be an issue in the summer during peak hours.
