Itinerary description
A fun but quite long day on the VF.
The walk up and down were steep but fine, good test of fitness going up.
We started by walking to a different point in the ridge before making a start on the VF which was really nice.
The VF itself is cool but it did feel like you were constantly clipping so for a lot of it I didn’t and felt perfectly safe.
