24/3/2017 Arribem a Garmisch i dormim al Haus der Athleten HOSTEL
25/3/2017 Agafem el primer Alpspitzbahn del dia que ens deixa al mirador de AlpspiX a les 8:20 i començem a caminar per arribar al peu de la ferrata.
8:50 comencen els trams de ferrata
12:40 Fem cim i començem a baixar per l'altre banda de la montanya. La neu dificulta la caminata (ens enfonsem fins als genolls a cada pas). Tanquen el teleferic abans que arribem. Així que seguim caminant fins arribar a les pistes d'esquí i després al poble.
20:15 Arribem al cotxe

ATENCIÓ: En aquesta epoca de l'any alguns trams del cable de vida es troben tapats per la neu i no es poden usar.

ATENCIÓ: Si hi ha neu és recomanable tornar per la via ferrata usada al pujar (la ruta es més curta). La ruta de retorn usada en aquest track es molt llarga i lenta degut a la neu tova. Si es vol seguir aquesta ruta de baixada es recomana portar esquís o raquetes i començar ben d'hora.

25/03/2017 We take the first Alpspitzbahn of the day that leaves us at the viewpoint of AlpspiX at 8:20 and we begin to walk to reach the foot of the Ferrata.
8:50 begins the sections of ferrata
12:40 We summit and start descending on the other side of the mountain. Snow makes the walk difficult (we sink to the knees at each step). The cable car closes before we arrive. So we continue to walk to the ski slopes and then to the village.

ATTENTION: At this time of the year some sections of the life cable are covered with snow and can not be used.
 
ATTENTION: If there is snow it is advisable to return via the used ferrata route when going up (the route is shorter). The return route used in this track is very long and slow due to the soft snow. If you want to continue this descent route it is recommended to take skis or snowshoes and start early.
