We rented the equipment (helmet, harness, and lanyard) from Borgeat Sports (25 CHF per kit). It took us (a group of 7 people, most of us first-timers) a bit less than 2h to complete the via ferrata.
We added a small hike through the Galeries Défago on our way down to our starting point.
