The Section Nº 3 is, from all, the most beauty, and in fact is the most demanded by tourists.

→ Traveling Forest.
→ Pichi Leufú Viaduct.

→ Km.648 Junction Ghost Station.
→ Trochita dual gauge track section.

That happens from here, the line begins a series of climbs, reaching 1120msm necessary to overcome the summit.

Thanks to this geographical feature is that this tour has a fascinating view to the point of being considered the best scenic route in Patagonia.

Departing from Jacobacci the train runs 9.94 miles (16km) over the Trochita tracks.
This until to arrive to the Ghost Station at the Km.648 Junction.
There at the left side it will be possible to see a cut of 1922 Famillereux wooden boxcars.

From there begins the climb, allowing the crossing of the Canyon of the Widow, the Pichi Leufú Viaduct, the Itinerant Forest, The Laguna Los Juncos border stone totems, the romantic Perito Moreno station, the Romantic Ñirihuau station and its famous namesake viaduct which appears on every postcard. And of course the odd curve egg, so wanteed by photography lovers. So famous is, that Bariloche taxi drivers have scheduled an X fee to get to that point, and even other fees to expect when the tourist wants to film the train passage for those places.
