This is a running track, used by a lot of people from Innsbruck. You can run from the eastern parts of Innsbruck to the center of the city (or the other way round).
A bit disappointing. Of the 30000 runners, about 22000 do the half marathon. So the second half is a bit quieter. Crowd support minimal. The part in the park is quite nice with the music.
