Easy going if you paddle with the tide over majority of the route. Last stage a bit of a slog against the natural flow of the river, but worth it. Watch out for irate fishermen though!
8 mile loop starting from the car park behind the harbour , heading up to Mynydd Y Dref a clear easy path to follow over the hills overlooking Conwy and ending with a beach walk from Dwygyfylchi back to start point
This was advance plan for a walk from Llandudno. The walk I actually did was rather shorter, so I can't say how the extension via Deganwy would have worked in practice.
