Yeovil to Glastonbury | some lovely quiet roads, little hamlets, narrow country lanes, fabulous views. Road bike possible but some roads a bit muddy
Very nice route to Castle Cary station, along the Somerset- Dorset border. Some very pretty villages, tiny country lanes and Cadbury Castle hillfort Iron hillfort. Moderately up and and down, extremely enjoyable
Yeovil, not well signposted for a stranger but worth finding. Lots of easy paths to explore and some streams. Dog friendly cafe.
Loads of different paths on different levels. Pretty water features, kids play area, cafe. Not easy to find. Head for the swimming pool, Coopers Mill Pub.
