There is canalside, woodland and farmland walking with good views. The bluebells, when in season, in Austy wood are a sight to behold! The downside is very muddy paths after rain. Take walking sticks! There are pictures...
circular route from Yew Tree Farm. Cowshed cafe at start/end of route for refreshments. follow river alne for several Kms, some open farmland to cross over to the Canal tow path. lovely autumnal route.
